It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Professor Architect Fausto Provenzano, founder of the studio and mentor to us all. We would like to remember him with the closing words of the speech he gave less than a year ago, on the occasion of receiving the In.arch Lifetime Achievement Award.

Words that serve as a reminder we will carry with us every day as we continue the profession he loved so much.

“I can only end with the one wish I know how to make, having done nothing else all my life: Design! Because designing is a wonderful way to be in the world, to shape the future, but above all, a magnificent way to give, receive, and give back.”

Fausto Provenzano
